WARRANTY

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your new SharpShot EZ-Trainer and power supply.  No other items are covered under this warranty.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty lasts for one year from the purchase of the SharpShot EZ-Trainer.  The warranty is terminated if you sell, gift or transfer the system.

What Will OutWest Systems Do?

OutWest Systems will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge. You must pay for any shipping charges to OutWest System. Repairs needed due to other causes will be charged.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or act of God (such as a flood) is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do You Get Service?

If something goes wrong with your SharpShot EZ-Trainer, please send it postage paid with a brief written description of the problem to:

We will inspect the unit and contact you within 3 business days to give the results of our inspection. If you authorize repairs, we will repair or replace the unit.  The cost is waived if the problem is due to a defective product.

There is no charge for inspection.

How Does State Law Apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the product for any reason. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit. Items should be returned:

  • – without showing signs of wear or damage (normal handling and use is allowed)
  • – within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
    – must not be a special order or a custom order
  • – unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item’s particular item description
  •  

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately.  Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.  Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
